Head of Business Systems
An opportunity to join a first mover at an exciting time, combining a holistic organizational perspective with leadership through leaders.
Reporting to the Group CIO, you will have overall responsibility for the Business Systems organization, including budget responsibility and leadership of 26 employees across four direct reports. You will be part of Group Digital with more than 130 colleagues across two main hubs in Aalborg and ManilaEnsuring stable operations and continuous improvement of core business systems
Your role will be centred on leading your team to ensure stable, efficient operations and the continuous improvement of core business systems (ERP, CRM, Master Data, etc.), including application management and maintenance as well as governance and processes needed to deliver excellent service.
You will build strong bridges across the Digital organization and the wider business, ensuring smooth collaboration with key stakeholders throughout both Group Digital and all business units.
As an active member of the Group Digital leadership team, you will contribute to the overall leadership and direction of Group Digital.
You stay ahead of technological developments within the ERP and CRM domains, ensuring a modern and forward-looking approach to business systems.
IT leadership experience within ERP and Master Data
You bring experience from an IT leadership role encompassing both technical specialists and business-oriented roles, with demonstrated success in leadership exercised through middle managers. Your background includes complex ERP solutions and migrations, Master Data, and the support of critical business processes.
International experience – both in leadership structures and technical complexity – is an advantage, as is familiarity with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and/or Sales, or alternatively SAP.
As a person, you have the ability, willingness, and desire to collaborate across the organization with a strong “we” rather than “I” mindset. You are curious by nature, comfortable with empowerment, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
