On behalf of GEA, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Director to lead The Farm Technologies (FT) division within the Nordics Cluster.
This role focuses on expanding GEA’s market presence in the farming sector, managing a dynamic dealer network, and driving sustainable growth.
You will oversee a dedicated team across the Nordic region, primarily focusing on dairy farming solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales leadership, dealer network management, and a strong understanding of agricultural business needs. An entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly in the agricultural sector, are essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and service strategies aligned with GEA’s global objectives. Identify growth opportunities and strengthen dealer capabilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, implement incentive programs, and collaborate on joint sales and marketing initiatives.
- Set regional sales targets, track progress, oversee sales activities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Lead the service team in providing exceptional technical support and after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealer performance.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales and service teams across multiple Nordic locations while fostering collaboration with the dealer network.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor dealer performance, and implement strategies for improvement.

Educational Requirements
- A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A combination of technical and commercial education is an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in agricultural or technology-driven industries.
- Proven expertise in managing sales organizations, dealer networks, and modern sales processes (CRM tools).
- Strong international business acumen with significant experience in negotiation and contracting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and enhance sales processes.
Additional requirements include proficiency in English (fluency in local languages is a plus), residency within a one-hour radius of Skanderborg, Denmark, and a willingness to travel 40-60 days per year.
