Maintenance Manager for cutting-edge production facility
Are you ready to step into the role of Maintenance Manager and being at the forefront of innovation, shaping the very foundation of a cutting-edge production facility? From the ground up, you will be instrumental in creating a brand-new production line for calcined clay in Hobro.Maximum up-time and efficiency in state-of-the-art industry
Collaboration will be your go to tool. Side by side with the Plant Manager and the Production Manager, you will forge a path towards excellence. Your canvas is a state-of-the-art facility where every gear, every process, hums with purpose. Your mission will be to ensure that this facility operates at its peak - maximum plant availability - while never compromising on safety or efficiency.
You will lead a team and pave the way for success, where preventive measures go hand in hand with precision, and downtime becomes a distant memory.
A selection of your main responsibilities is:
- Implement best practices.
- Lead mechanical and electrical supervisors and tradesmen, and cultivate a motivated team focused on preventive maintenance.
- Oversee various maintenance projects, from planning to execution.
- Manage maintenance contractors and plant hire resources and monitor associated costs.
- Stay informed on relevant agreements.
