Operations Manager

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and relieve the doctors of administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on core medical responsibilities. This pivotal role requires someone adept at overseeing dynamic environments and acting as a liaison between the Aarhus and Odense clinics. As an integral part of the team, you will bring structure, systemization, and best practice to Maigaard Fertility Clinic. The objective is both to reduce managerial/administrative workload for doctors but also to contribute to growth projects and propose improvements to run the clinics more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all non-medical operational activities. 
• Management of midwives, secretaries, bioanalysts, and nurses.
• Manage administrative tasks and HR topics. 
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Execute plans for operational excellence. 
• Drive and implement cross-organizational projects.

Requirements:
For this role, a background in administration or operations, preferably in a B2C setting, is desirable. Experience managing operations or administration in a production company is also advantageous. Additionally, strong decision-making and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive and hands-on, capable of tackling tasks independently and assisting when necessary. Natural authority and a business-oriented mindset are crucial, along with the ability to challenge the status quo constructively. Fluency in both Danish and English is a must.
