As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the company’s development, commercial performance, and daily operations. You will hold full P&L responsibility and lead a company of approximately 60 employees with strong technical expertise, high motivation, and a culture characterized by entrepreneurial spirit, product pride, and fast execution.
Your primary task will be to translate the growth strategy into concrete action plans and ensure execution. The U.S. is a key growth market, but it is equally important to maintain momentum in Europe and other established markets. You will strengthen the commercial organization, professionalize collaboration with distributors, resellers, and OEM partners, and further develop the organization into a more scalable international company.
To succeed in the role, you must be able to combine strategic overview with hands-on leadership. It is essential that you can build a bridge between the Danish organization and the international stakeholders, and that you thrive close to the business, customers, and the organization.
Commercial leader with global experience and strong execution capabilities
You come from a role with independent P&L responsibility in an international B2B company and have worked with technologically complex products where both software and hardware are part of the solution. You have experience with distributor sales and OEM customers, and you have a proven track record of successful international growth, with a particular focus on the North American market.
As a person, you are commercially strong and results oriented. You have natural impact, as well as the empathy and situational awareness needed to build trust and create followership both within the organization and in interactions with corporate owners, dealers, end-users, and partners.
The headquarters is located on Funen, where presence is expected, and in addition, 30–50 travel days per year are required in the role.
