Quality Director

Build a quality culture – not just a quality function

ADVANSOR is now seeking a Quality Director who can take ownership of the Quality function and ensure that quality processes are well documented and comply with all applicable legal requirements, safety regulations, and technical standards across all markets.  

Your role
You will define the direction for Quality across the company and help create a proactive culture where quality becomes everyone’s responsibility. You will lead a small, dedicated team while working closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales to establish robust processes that support continued growth, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will combine strategic leadership with operational involvement, ensuring that quality becomes an integrated part of every step in our value chain.

Your primary tasks

• Lead and develop the Quality function while building capabilities for the future.
• Drive continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, certifications, and compliance activities.
• Strengthen quality processes across product development, production, and supplier management.
• Promote a proactive quality mindset through coaching, collaboration, and change management.
• Ensure ADVANSOR continues to meet the highest international quality and regulatory standards while supporting business performance.

In short, quality is a strategic focus area for the company, and the overall success criterion for this position is that you establish stable quality processes across the organization, foster a proactive quality culture, and consistently ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products.

Your profile
You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in an international manufacturing company, where you have successfully combined strategic leadership with operational execution. You understand how to build quality into the business—not as a control function, but as a driver of performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You hold a degree in Engineering, and you bring solid experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, continuous improvement, and supplier quality management, and you are comfortable navigating regulatory requirements and technical standards. Experience with CE marking, PED 2014/68/EU, EN standards, and ISO 9001 are an advantage.

As a leader, you are known for empowering and developing people while creating accountability and engagement. You build trust across functions, communicate with confidence and know how to drive change in a growing organization.
