Demand Planner - shaping planning excellence across the Nordics

Are you passionate about turning data into insight and creating structure that drives real business impact? As Demand Planner, you will be the link between Sales and Supply Chain, securing forecast accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. 

Lead the way in forecasting and planning
In this newly established position, you will play a key role in shaping how Dr. Oetker works with forecasting and planning. As Demand Planner, you’ll take ownership of demand planning for Denmark and one additional Nordic country, ensuring accurate, data-driven forecasts that support both commercial and operational goals. You will lead the implementation and daily use of a new forecasting tool within the Nordic planning framework and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to secure reliable forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and strengthen end-to-end planning performance.

Selected key responsibilities:

• Strengthen demand planning by combining analytical precision with commercial insight, ensuring data becomes a foundation for smarter decision-making.
• Maintain high-quality forecasts through structured data management, validation, and continuous performance tracking.
• Ensure strong alignment between forecast, inventory, and delivery – balancing accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Contribute to developing a best-in-class planning setup by driving improvements in processes, portfolio transparency, and cross-functional communication.
• Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Supply Chain, ensuring forecasting supports both customer needs and operational performance.

Your insights and structure will directly influence how planning excellence and data-driven decision-making take shape across the Nordic organization.

Turn data and collaboration into impact
You hold a higher education within Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or another analytical field. You bring experience from a role involving forecasting, analysis, or demand planning, ideally within FMCG or another data-driven environment.

You’re confident working with numbers and insights, combining strong Excel skills with a structured approach to data management. Experience with S&OP processes or digital forecasting tools is a clear advantage. Whether your background is more analytical or operational, you’re motivated by creating accuracy, structure, and business value through well-grounded planning.

You are a structured and analytical professional who brings clarity and precision to complex data. Your logical mindset enables you to translate numbers into meaningful actions that drive business impact. Confident and assertive when needed, you’re not afraid to challenge and influence stakeholders, ensuring accountability and high data quality across teams.
