Production Manager – Operational leadership in an international industrial group

Do you want to play a key role in strengthening and developing production in a global growth company?

As Production Manager at DAFA, you will drive change, build structure, and ensure high efficiency in production. This role is crucial in unlocking the department’s potential, while also respecting and maintaining the strong family spirit that characterizes the culture.

You will report directly to the Group COO and lead a committed team of 40 employees.

Your key competences will include:

• Overall management and oversight of production operations and warehouse logistics, including responsibility for raw materials, finished goods, and fixed assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager on planning and coordinating maintenance activities related to production equipment and warehouse infrastructure.
• Optimization of production and warehouse resources to maximize efficiency, value, and profitability.
• Together with your production and warehouse team you should be able to identify and implement continuous improvements. 

Experienced Production Manager
You are an experienced production leader with a solid background in manufacturing. You bring strong expertise within production and warehouse management, supported by knowledge of modern production methods such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. A relevant higher education, e.g. in Production Engineering or Value Stream Management, is an advantage, though practical leadership experience is paramount. You are proficient in systems such as Microsoft AX and Office applications and can translate operational data into effective decisions that drive efficiency, structure, and performance.

On a personal level, you are a resilient leader who stands firm in times of change. You balance a structured, systematic mindset with the ability to motivate your team and build commitment across all levels of the organization. Strong communication skills enable you to engage employees, colleagues, and stakeholders, while your results-oriented approach ensures that improvements. You are collaborative and hands-on, leading by example while maintaining a clear strategic focus.
