Senior Project Planner

Take full ownership of project planning and scheduling across one of Denmark’s most high-profile national defense programs. In this role, you will develop, integrate, and maintain schedules that keep a multi-billion DKK naval vessel program on track – from design to construction.

Own the Planning Process from Design to Delivery
As Project Planner & Scheduler, you will report directly to the COO and be responsible for all planning and scheduling activities across the full program lifecycle. You will consolidate workstreams from multiple consortium partners into one master schedule, monitor performance against milestones, and ensure seamless transitions between project phases. While initially without direct reports, the role is expected to grow into leading a small planning team during the Construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) across all phases.
• Consolidate partner workstreams into a unified master schedule with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and propose mitigation or acceleration measures.
• Provide clear, data-driven planning reports for senior management, the client, and consortium members.
• Coordinate planning activities across stakeholders, leading workshops, reviews, and alignment meetings.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and manage planning-related changes with full traceability.

Structured and Solution-Oriented Planner for High-Stakes Projects
You are a proactive and detail-oriented planner who can create clarity in complex projects and take full ownership of planning outputs. With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, you bring strong experience in project planning for large-scale capital, EPC, defense, or infrastructure projects. Ideally, you have worked with Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud and are familiar with both design and construction phases. You are confident in navigating ambiguity, structuring processes, and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders – from engineers to senior leaders. Collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented, you see planning as a tool to solve real project challenges and enable progress. You are eligible for Danish or NATO security clearance.
