Mitigating climate change with a focus on sustainable solutions globally means ADVANSOR is experiencing great success in the market and high demand. This requires an ambitious IT & Digitalization strategy that supports the business with a focus on becoming more scalable and efficient. Therefore, ADVANSOR is seeking a new Director of IT and Digitalization to advance the function to the next level.

You will be responsible for ADVANSOR’s IT and Digitalization strategy, including Infrastructure & Support, IT Applications, Automation & AI, and Digitalization Projects. Currently, the department consists of two employees, and it is expected that three additional team members will be hired in the near future to support the company’s IT ambitions. You will therefore be leading a department in positive development and growth. You will report to the CFO and be a member of the Finance and IT Management Team.

Through visible and present personnel management, your key tasks will be:

• Establish ADVANSOR’s IT and Digitalization strategy.
• Build the IT and Digitalization roadmap.
• Manage ERP deployment (D365 F&O) and in general ensure proper IT project management.
• Ensure proper IT project management.
• Manage corporation with Dover IT (group).
• Manage applications and their security and assess IT risks.
• Budget responsible for IT.

Your most prominent success criteria will be a significant strengthening of both leadership and quality levels. By applying a combination of common sense and strong business acumen, you will drive the ongoing development and optimization of the IT and Digitalization function, including ensuring a successful ERP deployment.
Furthermore, it is essential for your success in this role that you establish yourself as a respected and focused Director across all levels of the organization, and that you foster efficient and trustworthy cross-functional collaboration.

You have several years of management experience and a strong theoretical educational foundation, combined with solid experience from a similar role in a larger manufacturing or assembly company. Your IT experience is broad, enabling you to cover all areas of responsibility, and you have a good understanding of Microsoft ERP systems. 

You are structured and capable of maintaining a clear overview, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are a strong people leader, able to motivate, engage, and retain employees, and it quickly becomes clear that you bring a positive mindset to your work. You possess well-developed communication skills and are fluent in both English and Danish.
