Head of Global Marketing
Lead the development and implementation of all marketing activities
With reference to the Group CEO in Singapore, you will be responsible for all marketing activities with the aim of creating and implementing effective plans focused on achieving the business goals of the company.Your primary task will be to lead the development and implementation of a marketing strategy by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Other key tasks include:
- Build up and execute on a marketing annual cycle.
- Define and execute on a B2B-marketing and branding strategy with the goal of increasing the brand visibility, perception and awareness:
- Communication plan (incl. choosing which media to use, frequency, spending etc.).
- Execution of offline and online marketing campaigns based on consumer insights.
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of product and promotional programs.
- Regular presentations and reporting to the leadership team and Board of Directors on matters related to marketing.
Wide array of marketing responsibilities and tasks
Since you will be responsible for both defining and executing on a marketing strategy, you have a relevant and broad marketing experience, including roles working in a team and as a “lonely wolf” in marketing. You have experience with B2B online/offline marketing related to tangible products and preferably consumer durables in an international context.
As a person you can navigate between cultural and linguistic differences. You are self-driven and able to work independently. You adapt easily and are used to a flexible working environment. You are motivated by getting the sole responsibility of all marketing tasks and activities and it comes naturally to you to lend a helping hand and contribute positively as team member at the small office in Aabenraa.

The role as Head of Global Marketing is newly established. Thus, you will get the opportunity to create and develop the position according to own preferences and style. Furthermore, you will work in a global context for a growing and healthy international company and with colleagues from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
