Since 1971, Bramming Plast-Industri A/S (BPI) has been a leading pioneer in developing advanced, technology-based solutions from polyurethane. BPI develops customer-specific solutions within four primary applications: insulation, acoustics, vibration damping and comfort. BPI works in close cooperation with their R&D department to develop solutions customised to each cutomers value proposition. Spread across four industrial production units in Denmark and Poland, there are more than 310 employees with more than 30,000 m2 of industrial production facilities.

Unlock the untapped global sales potential of an industry leader with unique sustainable solutions

You will be entrusted with a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales trajectory. With reference to the CEO and collaboration with senior management, you will craft and implement a dynamic sales strategy. This role demands not only the execution of this strategy, but also the meticulous planning and leadership of all sales initiatives.

Leading the way
A significant part of your responsibility will be the management and evolution of the sales organization. This includes guiding sales representatives, nurturing next level Key Account Managers and elevating the role of our marketing area to an even higher strategic level.

You will have direct oversight of the global sales activities. This encompasses the Global Sales team, which consists of 6 external salespeople/Key Account Managers, 7 members of the Customer Service department and 1 in marketing, who has played and still plays an important role in BPI’s digital journey.

In terms of key tasks, you will be instrumental in fortifying the sales team. With established processes and structures, the emphasis is now on amplifying sales. You will lead by example in sales and provide unwavering support to the digital marketing activities.

Strong ambition and persistence in driving growth and achieving results
You have strong expertise in sales management, strategic sales planning and handling long and intricate sales processes. You have experience in international sales with complex solution sales, including consultancy, technical sales and have a solid understanding of projects. If you have experience from one of BPI’s 4 growth segments, it would be a huge advantage: HVAC, DWG (Doors, Windows, Gates), Wind and Bedding. We expect that you have either a commercial or technical education of minimum bachelor level. A technical background will be an advantage but is not a requirement. Furthermore, you speak and write both Danish and English on a professional level.
