Finance Business Partner

- like being the CFO of the Nordic business

Following some re-structuring of the financial setup, Etex Nordic is hiring a talented finance profile to support the management of the Nordics. You report to the lead of Business Partnering of DACH/Nordic as well as the Country Manager of the Nordics.

Your role is to support the development of the Nordic business by working closely together with the management team. Your main responsibility is to deliver advice, contribute to the commercial decisions, and monitor the performance of the business unit.

Your main activities are
  • participation in the management meetings, in sparring sessions, and in customer related activities
  • analyses and forecasts to map the performance of the region (profitability, overheads, cash flow etc.)
  • translating the financial figures to focused action plans
  • to ask the right questions, challenge decisions, and contribute to raising the performance on the market
  • business controlling – identifying potential critical issues and flagging these
You will join some of the cross-border projects of Etex. In general, the role as Finance Business Partner includes large interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders. This also means that you will travel on some occasions – but not more than 5-10 days a year.

Etex uses SAP and has implemented Analysis for Office as the BI tool.

Business focused profile with strong analytical skills
You probably have 5-10 years of experience with business controlling, analysis, and forecasting. You have strong IT skills, and you perform analyses at an advanced level using ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.

The ability to perform the business analyses goes hand in hand with a natural urge to speak your mind and communicate your findings. It is important that you are an open person who easily interacts with others.

The right profile sees a purpose in raising the commercial performance of the business. Ambition and a pragmatic approach are important traits.

You are fluent in English as well as a Nordic language.
