Group Sales Director

Regional responsibility, while being part of top management

We’re looking for a Group Sales Director who is going to be commercially and strategically responsible for the region described as “Rest of the World”. The Group Sales Director has a direct reference to the CEO and is going to be responsible for managing and developing the organization consisting of more than 100 employees in a highly complex market.

You’re going to grow the business, set the strategical direction, establish clear goals and objectives, and ensure the company delivers on these.

Leadership in a dynamic market setting
The right candidate has years of experience with leading an international sales organization, is highly experienced with growing international sales, and developing sales organizations with both own direct representatives and sales through agent or distributors. Exceptional business acumen is a prerequisite alongside strong cultural understanding and communicational skills. Experience with project sales is an advantage.

It’s a requirement to have an education at master’s level e.g., cand.merc. or MBA.

Personally, you’re a commercially driven and analytical individual, who comprehends and the have ability to convey data. You’re a natural leader and can build relations across borders and cultures.

The company is placed centrally in Denmark, so place of residence on Funen, Western Zealand or the Triangle area in Denmark would be expected.
