The future is expected to bring continued growth and investments and combined with the rapid growth the past years including acquisitions and establishment of new companies, the increasing local transfer pricing compliance requirements entail the need for additional resources to the team.
The position as Group Transfer Pricing Advisor is a hands-on position where you will be involved in the entire process around the transfer pricing setup. In close cooperation with the Group Tax Manager your main responsibilities will be to ensure transfer pricing compliance in the countries where the group operates.
Your primary tasks will comprehend the following:
- Ensure a solid transfer pricing policy across the group and monitor compliance
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and benchmark studies in cooperation with subsidiaries and external advisors
- Define and manage intercompany pricing, covering principles, calculations and implementation
- Develop and maintain intercompany agreements
- Manage transfer pricing related internal procedures in close cooperation with other business areas
- Integration of newly purchased or established companies in the transfer pricing setup
It is possible to adjust the scope of tasks so that the position can comprehend 30-32 hours, and with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days during the week.
Financial profile with transfer pricing experience
Your area of responsibility will cover the entire BORG Automotive Group's transfer pricing area. You have a relevant education in finance or similar and an insight in the general guidelines within the transfer pricing area. You may already be a specialist within transfer pricing from a similar position or have it as part of your work area today, but the most important thing is that you have the desire and drive to learn about the area and legislation with necessary sparring with the Group Tax Manager.
As a person, you work independently and initiate tasks and changes across the group with strong focus on the business and the complexity of it.
