Cellnex Telecom is the main infrastructure operator for wireless telecommunication in Europe with almost 3000 employees worldwide. Cellnex has made a firm commitment to developing its network which currently comprises approx. 128,000 sites. Most sites are already in the portfolio and the rest are rolled-out before 2030. Cellnex Denmark has approx. 30 employees and the main office is located in Ørestaden, Copenhagen.

Business Controller

Optimization and development of internal reporting
With Cellnex Telecom you will be part of a small local organization under the safe umbrella of a large and successful international corporation. In this position you have the opportunity to build up, develop and define your own role working with skilled and ambitious colleagues. With report to Finance Manager, you work with optimization and development of internal reporting including development of relevant analytical tools and value-adding processes. You have a broad contact with different stakeholders in the organization and provide sparring with business units.

Primary tasks include:

  • Month-end and year-end close processes in all entities to ensure reporting is accurately and timely
  • Ongoing dialogue with the business units on budgets and forecasts
  • Summarizes and presents the budget agreements reached with the different departments
  • Develop and implement a firmly established structure and processes for Business Controlling activities
  • Monitor the budget and propose concrete plans of improvement actions according to the assessed risks or analyzed budget deviations
  • Secure a more forward-looking approach in the finance department

We expect you to have a relevant financial education like HA, HD-R or cand.merc. and have experience from a similar role. Further we expect you to be super-user in Excel and in general have strong IT-skills. Experience with SAP (ERP system) and international experience is a plus. Most important is your personality and you must thrive in a fast-growing company with high energy where you manage many simultaneous tasks without compromising quality. You are analytic and data-driven with excellent flair for numbers and business. To fit well in the team, you are a natural team player with strong cross-cultural skills and a natural interest in meeting people. You are fluent in Danish and English both oral and in writing.
