Sales Specialist – HoReCa

Strategic position with a Nordic perspective

Evoca Nordic is expanding their commercial team with a sales profile focusing on the HoReCa segment. You report to the Nordic Sales Manager and the HoReCa Business Director in Italy. The recruitment reflects the strategic focus on the HoReCa segment.

You have the commercial responsibility of the Nordics - Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. The portfolio consists of manual espresso machines, office coffee solutions machines and fully automatic coffee machines with fresh milk solutions.

The role includes the responsibility of:
  • analysing the market and mapping initiatives
  • focusing on the new customers
  • increasing market shares
  • developing the sales channels
  • strengthening the partnerships with the dealers, expanding the dealer network, and raising the awareness among the end users
  • tender processes in close collaboration with the Nordic team.
There is a clear strategic element in the position since you are expected to have the overall view on the HoReCa business in your markets.

Skilled sales professional with a passion for coffee solutions

The right candidate has experience as KAM, within field sales, or area sales, as Sales Manager or as Sales Specialist. You already have some insight in the Nordic coffee market – potentially from selling office solutions. And most importantly, you are motivated by building a network and by developing the commercial activities.

Affection for the coffee business makes it easy for you to build the right relations with the dealers and the end users.

You either live in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway. The job requires approximately 50 days of travelling in the region per year and the occasional presence at the office in Odense, and Italy.
