HR Manager at one of the world’s largest producer of butter cookies

You now have the unique possibility to become an important part of the well-known cookie brand and continue the positive HR development as the HR Manager. You are the natural facilitator of HR-processes, services and guidelines regarding Kelsen/FBC (Fine Biscuits Company) and you succeed to implement corporate HR projects and still be the direct go-to-person for the Danish organisation.

Leading HR in DK in close cooperation with the Belgian owner
Reporting to Head of HR FBC, in Belgium, you have a dotted line to the Danish Group Director. As responsible for all local HR policies and for compliance regarding company guidelines and policies in Kelsen/FBC, you will also be manager for the HR Business Partner in DK. You will work out of Nørre Snede.

Your primary task is to be the sparring partner for the local management team on all HR related topics and general business- and developments issues. You will improve and continuously develop professional HR data management regarding employee head count, recruitment & hiring, salary level, benefits (focus on Compensation & Benefits) and overview of general staff costs. Next to your HR generalist responsibilities you are also responsible to develop the Talent Management centre of expertise for the FBC Group perimeter.

It is crucial to establish a close and trust-based cooperation with stakeholders, especially in Belgium.

Trusted Team Player Based on Trust and Empathy
You hold a degree on Master’s level in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Labour Law and have a proven knowledge of corporate governance, general HR best practices and HR annual wheel. You have minimum 5 years of experience from a broad HR Management position and are familiar with handling Danish employment law. You are confident with developing and implementing HR operational policies and processes. Preferrable you hold experience from a matrix manager position in an international organization.

You are known as a strong communicator and have solid interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment. Your mind-set is operational with focus and interest in development and implementation towards clear results. It is important that you are a team player with proven ability to lead and execute in an international environment. You are experienced in cooperating with external HR companies on special tasks e.g. recruitment and leadership development.

Your proactive, outgoing, and high activity level personality is offered the optimal conditions in the “can-do-Kelsen-culture” to secure the foundation for you to deliver according to the company objectives.
