Sales Director - Infrastructure Robots

Sales Growth and Strategic Influence
In direct reference to the CEO and as part of the management team you will secure sales growth and be part of the strategic development of the company. The product is successful in market with documented traction from a high number of sold units in many countries, with major sales in Australia, US, UK, Scandinavia and Holland. The world-wide growth potential is obvious, there is a strong demand, and the market is virtually blue ocean with only a few competitors likely to enter.
Your main responsibility is developing and managing profitable sales for TMR robot solutions within the infrastructure market. You will be the front runner implementing the sales strategy and growing segment sales based on focused development of new market opportunities. You will position yourself as the light house of the sales organisation of the robots for surveying and pre-marking based on professional insights, strong leadership and results.
Heading up High Performance Sales
You hold a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering or a commercial educational background with proven ability to understand, communicate and sell technical complex solutions/products. You are experienced in selling technical BtB products through distribution partners and you are familiar with handling contracts including the legal part of this discipline.
Externally you hold solid experience in optimizing, growing and maintaining sales networks. Internally you master the important skill of making sure that there is optimal cooperation, communication and implementation of best practice across the different departments. All with the objective of securing the development of a top performing team that delivers according to market potential.
Your proactive, outgoing and high activity level personality will have optimal conditions in the “can-do-TMR-culture” securing your foundation for delivering according to company objectives.
