Executive Vice President

International leader from OEM industry with significant commercial experience and technical flair

You will be worldwide P&L Responsible for the largest division in a very successful company with advanced leading-edge technology in the market regarding environmentally friendly solutions.

With a strong managerial and commercial mindset, Dinex A/S is looking for the right person to lead and execute the strategy and daily management of a highly committed team in the OEM Division and its continued growth scenario for many years to come. The position is a newly established position with direct reference to Group CEO and owner Torben Dinesen.

Dinex A/S has two separate divisions - OEM and Aftermarket - OEM being by far the biggest division with a yearly turnover close to EURO 200 million.

EVP for the OEM Division will have full P&L responsibility. Leadership is the key to success, and you will lead the Division´s 750 blue-collar and 250 white-collar employees globally. Direct reports come from the Divisions CSO, COO, CTO and Finance Director. Your primary tasks include:
  • Lead the execution of strategy formulating short-term and long-term initiatives, set-up targets and achieve them
  • Be up-to-date and proactively seek new knowledge about customers, suppliers, competitors and industrial developments
  • Support Management Team in achieving company targets through motivation and development of talent, competences, and skills.
You will be directly involved in the OEM markets in Europe and head the optimizing process and digitalization.

Together with Group CEO you decide the Division’s Strategy and oversee the Division’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

We expect you to have P&L experience from an international OEM business or subcontractor to OEM. You have extensive leadership experience from an international multi-site organization and have solid experience and proven results from Strategy, Business Development and Sales. You probably hold a commercial education at a master level or a technical education with practical experience from sales - ideally combined with an MBA or similar.

Furthermore, you are an exceptional leader with an ability to enforce trust, respect and accountability. You speak your mind and have a great drive making you a natural leader. A structured and analytical approach comes natural to you and you have great ambitions with focus on both long-term strategy and the bottom-line. You have an interest and understanding of the products and a passion for breaking new ground with an innovative approach.

The successful candidate will meet the growth strategy doubling the Division’s turnover in the years to come. You show the ambition and desire to become the Division Head and you motivate and develop the next generation of managers and employees. You have a structured approach both daily and long-term, ensuring operational efficiency and proper management of resources.
