VP After Sales & Service

Global responsibility – management and development of concepts

The VP After Sales & Service reports to the CEO of the group and leads an international team of 65 employees (3 direct reports). You have full P/L responsibility, and you are in charge of the ongoing development of Gram Equipment’s value propositions within after sales. Your responsibility includes the sales of service solutions and the collaboration with colleagues across the value chain to secure a high level of customer satisfaction and an expanding after sales business.

A substantial part of Gram’s revenue derives from the aftermarket business including spare parts, service contracts and upgrades, and this business unit plays a significant role in the strategy of the group.

This is a challenging role that offers you a central position in an international company. You deal with large professional customers and work in a global perspective.

The right candidate joins Gram Equipment at a time when the company’s position in the market is strong and the financial performance continue to develop positively. There is an atmosphere of ambition and positive expectations for the future in the organisation.

The job

Your main tasks are:
  • developing a customer service strategy
  • contribute to the overall business development of the company
  • identifying business opportunities on the installed base and driving sales initiatives
  • overall co-ordination of the commissioning of new installations (this is also performed in collaboration with sales)
  • building strong internal and external relations
  • performing business reviews of after sales solutions
  • conceptualisation of new service solutions
Your profile

You have experience with the management of a large service unit, and you have the ability to develop the after sales concepts. Your strategic skills enable you to engage in projects regarding design for serviceability, service offerings and general business development.

Your experience comes from working in professional international setups, preferably within an engineering and project business.

An education at master level is preferred. You possess a strong combination of technical insight and commercial acumen.

Most importantly you are ambitious and able to develop a winning team.
