After the recent acquisition of Takeda Assets, Orifarm continues the company growth journey by acquiring rights for approx. 110 pharmaceuticals in the OTC (over-the-counter) category as well as two extra production sites. Due to this strategic decision, Orifarm has accomplished a more homogenous dispersal between the three main business verticals – parallel imported pharmaceuticals, prescription generic pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.

Market support to ensure business growth
You will be part of an exciting growth journey where you will establish your position as a professional stronghold making you the obvious go-to-partner for the international Country Managers. The position is highly prioritized after the recent acquisition of large parts of the generics portfolio from Takeda on several European markets. You will provide financial business partnering towards the commercial organisation as well as being financial representative in the sales-oriented S&OP processes.
Reporting to VP Financial Planning & Partnering and working closely together with various colleagues from cross-border departments, you hold a central position when it comes to securing proactive financial support and presence towards commercial functions. You act as financial representative within sales processes and marketing by handling a branded product portfolio and financial controlling for the new organisation focusing on OTC (over-the-counter) products. You evaluate and support S&OP processes, KPI reporting and link it into short-term tactics and long-term strategy.

Preferred financial business partner through professionalism, empathy and personal bonding
You hold an education in Business Administration/E-business at master’s level, HD-R or similar. You are an experienced Management Consultant, Financial Business Partner/Controller and on top of that, you are familiar with working across an international commercial organisation, preferably from companies with high customer focus. You are skilled in data validation, controlling, reporting and budgeting etc. and will be an important part to push forward Orifarm in digitalization, transformations and development of workflows facilitating financial process automation.
Your positive, persistent and winning mindset make it easy for you to build long lasting relationship based on solid professionalism, empathy and personal bonding. You will establish yourself as the chosen business sparring partner due to your strong financial and analytical understanding of data and systems. You break down complex topics and issues into easy understandable headlines.
