Microsoft Dynamics Administrator for a global well consolidated companyTo support the commercial development of the company and to better utilize the production capacity Wenger Manufacturing went live with Dynamics 365 in the Brazil and US entities February 2019, while the pre-implementation at Source Technology in Denmark have just recently begun. To help with the implementation process as well as the subsequent operating period, a new position as Microsoft Dynamics Administrator has been created. The position will support the Wenger Manufacturing Group, but will be located within Source Technology, Kolding.
Your workplace will be in Kolding, with some travel to support the whole Wenger organization. In your daily work and with regards to being part of an organization, you will be part of the fast-growing Source Technology organization with reference/dotted line to the CEO of Source Technology.
Formally, you will report to the IT Director of Wenger and be responsible for maintaining the functional performance of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations system (D365). You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment, and support.

You will design, document, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 system enhancements or work with Partners to create enhancements including complex formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflow rules and actions, approval processes, reporting, dashboards, and system upgrades. Furthermore, your key tasks will include:
- Keep abreast of new release functionality and research unused D365 functionality to improve organizational efficiency
- Assist with planning and execution of D365 upgrades on a monthly basis
- Improve the usability of the solution and thereby make it more user friendly
- Monitor and maintain batch processes to assure successful execution and optimal performance
- Create, maintain and execute regression testing for D365 using Microsoft Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
- Secure user security with regards to defining and maintaining user roles while also adding and maintaining new users
- Maintain development environments – updates, refreshes and spin up/down servers as needed
- Troubleshoot user issues and open tickets with Support Partners or Microsoft as needed including seeing ticket through to resolution
You have functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or secondary AX2012 and you have experience with and/or knowledge of the Office 365 platform as it pertains to feature sets integrating with Dynamics solutions. You have experience with reporting tools preferably Power BI and/or SSRS and with various information technology platforms and operating systems. Ideally you have experience from another manufacturing company, and you are familiar with Structured Query Language (SQL) for relational databases.
You are a proactive self-starter with professional maturity and confidence and have the mental agility to fully understand both the complex business issues and how the solutions being developed will impact those issues. You have a strong sense of ownership, accountability and follow-through and you are a team player, adaptable, flexible, and able to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
