Perfect step from audit into business
As Finance Manager for Hygiene & Health Nordic you will be responsible for all four Nordic countries and a small team of two Financial Analysts. You shape the internal control framework within the Nordics and interact with and manage the two Shared Service centres that provide the transactional accounting activities.

Reporting to the Finance Director Nordics, you will manage and motivate two employees and be in charge of statutory reporting as well as financial packages for the four Nordic countries. Besides providing financial analyses and reporting to the Management group, you will draw conclusions of data received and propose actions. 

Your areas of responsibility comprise tax, statutory accounting, and treasury, just as you will lead the external auditing process. This is the ideal step from audit into business as you will be the heart of all financial processes within RB Nordics. You will be offered a unique opportunity to learn and develop on the job in a complex Nordic set up.

Ambitious and enterprising finance profile
You hold a degree within auditing, finance, economics or accounting, an ACCA will be an advantage. You have approx. 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience from an auditing company alternatively an accounting or finance controlling role within FMCG. 

IFRS accounting is well-known to you, and it will be an advantage if you have gained insight into VAT and corporate tax regulations within the Nordic region. To become a success, you must be outreaching and proactive with the ability to communicate across the organization. You like to navigate in a technically complex system that both requires detailed operational work and at the same time overview and a high degree of prioritization. You have a certain degree of self-confidence, are ambitious, meticulous and resilient at the same time.
