Joint effort with CEO and the Senior Management team

You spearhead the Finance department and 10 employees
You will get a key role in the implementation and roll out of the new 2025 strategy in close dialogue with the CEO and the rest of the Senior Management team. Innovation, business understanding, and optimization of processes are some of the key words in your new job. You will take responsibility for the Finance department and ensure that a high level of competences are available to meet the future demands, and you analyze and streamline the processes. Moreover, you assist the CEO on all strategic and tactical issues related to budget management, cost benefit analyses, earnings, forecasting needs, new funding, risk and compliance etc. To be successful, you will also:
- Participate in developing new business and identify new funding opportunities
- Ensure that HQ decisions on financial issues are implemented
- Establish a Business Analysis function
- Contribute actively to projects, M&A etc.
- Oversee all fiscal reporting activities for the organization
- Oversee the production of monthly reports as well as financial statements
- Head all compliance controls and audits
Commercial people manager with business understanding
You hold a degree within finance or economy, have acquired strong leadership experience and are used to negotiating at all levels in Danish and English. You have insight into corporate governance and IFRS, and you are a highly skilled IT-user. Being people manager for 10 employees, you must have an extrovert, positive and motivating approach. This job also requires that you have a high degree of energy to keep up with the CEO and his extra gear.
Perhaps you are working as Finance Director or Finance Manager and are ready to enter the role of a CFO. Alternatively, you are already CFO and wish to make a change in line of business, maybe to a role in a larger set-up. In any case, your motivating and delegating leadership skills are second-to-none, and they work in real life. Besides being a strategic and structured analyst, you are decisive, persistent and have high ethical standards.
