The Country Manager position is in the Exteriors division, Nordics. This division produces and sells solutions based on fibre cement materials under the brands of Cedral and EQUITONE.

Country Manager, Etex Exteriors - Etex Nordic
Spearhead the commercial and organisational development
Reporting to the General Manager of North, East & Central Europe, you have the P/L responsibility for the commercial and distribution activities in the Nordics. You have a competent management team representing sales, marketing, logistics and technique, and you enjoy a close support from HR and finance.
The main objective of the role is to organise, lead and take part in the customer-related activities. You define the local strategy to generate growth, you ensure alignment with the customer requirements, and you translate the long-term business objectives into operational goals for the local entity.
As Country Manager you engage in the dialogue with general contractors, architects and distributors. You take part in identifying the customers’ needs and in creating solutions.
The management element of the role includes following up on sales activities as well as coaching and developing the sales teams. Etex uses professional sales planning tools.
Furthermore, you are responsible for aligning sales with marketing, technique and logistics and for securing compliance with the corporate policies.
Seasoned commercial profile
You already have experience with leading a commercial team and with unifying an organisation. You understand the value propositions of your solutions, you engage with the customer, and you have the ability to release the potential of the organisation.
Experience from a matrixed organisation is a clear advantage.
Since the sales are based on projects for the building segment, a similar experience is preferred. You are comfortable with the long-term sales processes that require a professional approach to influence the decision makers.
You must expect approximately 80 days of travelling per year. Most of these are local.
