Ambitious QA Automation Lead – market leading company
Key role responsible for conducting system, integration and regression testing as designing and implementing the automated testing process. Part of an agile journey aiming at customer centric and faster-time-to-market.

Reporting to the CIO, you will be a key person in a Nordic setup, where you run the test process of various software projects, doing partly manual tests in the beginning. Further, you will create and implement the future automated testing framework, strategies and test scripts according to the standards in close collaboration with key stakeholders and executives for review and approvals. You ensure that test cases are complete and traceable as well as providing clear reporting on test results and progress of the test process. You will continuously evaluate new tools/technologies to continue enhancing automation framework as well as identify issues, analyse failures and performance to secure an agile and compliant test phase.

You will work closely with a test colleague in Sweden and you will be based in the heart of Copenhagen, where the company has its Danish office.
You should have a relevant further education and a couple of years of experience from a similar job as an QA Automation Lead or QA Test Engineer from a dynamic company. Alternatively, you have had relevant student jobs or been involved in Startups/your own company. You do have experience using automated tools such as TestComplete, Selenium or similar and experience using defect tracking systems. You have a strong knowledge of software testing, best practice and methodologies just as you possess excellent understanding of system integration and backend in general. You must master Danish and English at negotiation level, both orally and written.
As a person, you are an extrovert with a high level of follow-through, who excel in building and maintaining relations with many different types of stakeholders. You have attention to detail and ability to analyse detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution. You are a problem-solver, persistent and energetic, and you thrive with ad hoc tasks in a dynamic and changeable environment.
