For our client we are looking for an HR-professional with a solid HR-toolbox and business acumen.

This is your chance to drive and build the HR agenda in a business transformation period in a leading company within its industry. You enjoy working with highly skilled colleagues locally as well as internationally. Moreover, you are motivated by playing a central role in an agile and dynamic company with high professional standards and by working at a strategic, tactic and operational level in your day-to-day work. 

Broad and significant responsibility
Reporting to the Managing Director of the Business Unit and with a dotted line to Group HR Director, you will be responsible for all HR and internal communication related initiatives. You are a member of the management team and you will have significant influence on the HR agenda, securing that all activities support the overall company strategy. 

One of your primary functions is to act as a proactive HR Business Partner for the members of the management group as well as for the senior managers. Likewise, leadership development and development of teams and individuals at different locations are key focus areas. The ongoing recruitment of talented people is also among your key tasks. With both a local and international reach of the company, it is important that you are aware of how and where to attract the next specialist or manager.

You secure the daily operation of compensation & benefits, succession planning, employer branding and training & development in close cooperation with your own team and with support from Group HR and the Shared Service Center. Moreover, you build programs, facilitate workshops and coach managers, and you will also take a significant part in developing and being a role model in the company culture. 
Furthermore, you motivate and develop your team consisting of an HR Business Partner and a Communication Specialist located in Denmark.

Experienced HR-professional with strong business acumen and change management skills
You have a solid HR background from a large or medium-sized company with a full value chain. You might come from a position as HR Director, HR Business Partner or HR Manager. Ideally, you are part of a management team in a Business Unit as well as part of a group structure. You have some experience with business cases/business reviews and presentations as well as driving crosswise projects. You have strong change management skills and are used to interacting with many different stakeholders. Besides, you probably hold a degree on master’s level and are fluent in English in speech and writing. 
Strong communications skills, the ability to build relations and a solid strategic focus are among your personal qualities.

It is not crucial whether you already possess the role as manager of a team. This position could be the next step for the ambitious HR partner.
