You will play a key role in the development of the overall asset management process and tools. Being the coordinating link between the transaction team and operations, you ensure qualified and accurate business cases for sustainable property development. On top of that, you will be responsible for a team and make sure they are geared for the future challenging tasks. More specifically, you will:

You can foresee a job in a rapidly changing environment with modern office facilities, strong and dynamic working atmosphere and a short decision path.
You are ready to take responsibility for a significant strategic area
To fit with Heimstaden and to succeed in the role you must hold a Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration, Commercial Laws or Civil Engineering. You have topped your theoretical background with at least 10 years’ experience within asset management and real estate, gained from a similar company, alternatively from/with corporate finance/consulting or private equity funds. This means that you are well versed within high-value and high-risk projects including housing or commercial real estate legislation.
You have already proven that your managerial skills are efficient, and you use your mature and informal approach to grow a team with the right competencies. Being part of an Asset Management function under development, you must be able to think strategically and tactically and act operationally at the same time.
