Country Sales Director, Finland
Do you want to lead Kramp’s Finnish business and unlock its commercial potential?
For Kramp, we are looking for an experienced Country Sales Director to take overall commercial responsibility for the Finnish business. Acting as the de facto Country Manager, you will provide leadership and direction across the Finnish organisation and drive its continued commercial development.You will directly lead three Account Managers and act as a strong, visible leader for the wider organisation in Finland.
You report to the Cluster Managing Director and become part of the Nordic Cluster Management Team, representing Finland and contributing to the wider Nordic agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth and ensure delivery on sales, margin, budget and agreed KPIs.
- Lead, develop and motivate the Finnish sales team and provide overall leadership and direction across the wider Finnish organisation.
- Translate Nordic and Group strategies into relevant commercial plans and actions for Finland.
- Identify new business opportunities and further develop Kramp’s position as a solutions provider, including opportunities within aftermarket, Industry/MRO, Forestry & Landscaping and Construction.
- Manage key stakeholders and maintain a strong presence within the organisation and with customers and in the market.
- Strengthen collaboration between Finland and the wider Nordic organisation.
- Act as the de facto Country Manager for Finland, with overall responsibility for the Finnish organisation, while ensuring that relevant legal-entity, statutory and employer obligations are handled appropriately.
You are an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record in sales leadership, people development and business development. You bring the authority and leadership capabilities required to set direction, create structure and provide visible leadership across an entire country organisation.
You preferably have experience in an international B2B aftermarket organisation within Agri, automotive, construction/building materials or related industries.
As a person, you are entrepreneurial, hands-on and commercially curious. You combine a strong drive for results with the ability to motivate others and drive pragmatic change in an established market.
You are IT-savvy and have a good understanding of e-commerce. You are fluent in Finnish and English.
