Do you want to lead the development of a global service business with significant growth potential?

AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems A/S is a global market leader in high-tech process equipment and software solutions for the appliance industry. Service is a strategic focus area. The business has grown by more than 30% in the past 15 months – driven by strong execution and global presence. The next step is to make service even more structured, scalable and concept-driven.

Therefore, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, Service, who will take overall responsibility for developing and professionalizing the global service business.

With reference to Global Service Director, you will have a central position in shaping the service business of the future. You will further develop and optimize the aftermarket activities across markets and at the same time ensure that new service concepts are translated from idea to commercial success.

This means that you analyse market potentials, develop value-adding services and establish clear go-to-market strategies – including pricing models for service contracts, spare parts and upgrades. You will have an important role in strengthening more contract-based and data-borne services, including digital platforms, self-service solutions and predictive maintenance.

The role is both strategic and operational. You drive development, but at the same time you are close to implementation and ensure that new services are anchored in the organization and with customers globally. You will have direct report from three employees and will be part of the service area's middle management group.

You have experience in developing a service business in an international B2B company – preferably with OEM customers and project deliveries. Perhaps you are currently a central profile in a larger service organization and see the opportunity to have broader responsibility and greater influence. Your background is probably technical – for example as an engineer or marine engineer – combined with commercial understanding. Alternatively, you have a commercial education and solid experience in technical services.

You thrive in the field of tension between strategy and execution. You work in a structured and data-driven way, have a strong business acumen and are motivated by creating concrete results. At the same time, you are able to navigate in a global organization and create progress – even where you do not have direct management responsibility. You are fluent in English at negotiation level and are prepared for a certain amount of travel.

The position is newly established and gives you a real opportunity to set direction and create visible results in a strategically prioritized business area. You will be part of a technically strong organization with short decision-making paths and a high degree of influence.
