Key Account Manager

Drive sales growth and build strategic client relationships

Superior Renewables is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive the sales of staffing solutions - primarily blue-collar profiles - to companies within industry, wind energy, shipyards, and oil & gas. 

International scope with a mix of both sales to new and existing customers
The headquarters is located in Esbjerg with 30+ employees. With report to the CCO, you will join a sales team of three, two based in Esbjerg and one in Norway. 

You will be responsible for developing business across Denmark, neighboring markets, and Europe, with exposure to global opportunities. The role includes approximately 50 annual travel days, providing close interaction with clients and markets.
You will take full ownership of both new business development and existing key accounts, playing a central role in the company’s continued growth.

Your primary tasks are:
  • Proactive sales to new customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor market trends, customers, and competitors
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Contribute to budgeting and performance follow-up
  • Ongoing reporting in CRM systems and to the CCO
  • Represent Superior at trade fairs and industry events
Experience with manpower/staffing or service sales
You bring experience from manpower/staffing or service-based sales, ideally with a background in selling “hours” or workforce solutions. Alternatively, you have worked in companies combining product and service offerings within wind, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
Most importantly, you have an established network within relevant industries and a proven ability to convert relationships into business opportunities.
You are comfortable negotiating pricing agreements and contracts and have a strong commercial mindset with attention to both details and numbers.

As a person, you are outgoing and confident in building new relationships while maintaining and developing existing ones. You are persistent, commercially driven, and motivated by creating results.
You take ownership of your sales pipeline and have a natural ability to identify and act on opportunities in the market.
