Senior Finance Business Partner, Nordics

Do you want to lead financial performance and strategic execution in the Nordics?

For Kramp, we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to strengthen financial performance across the Nordic cluster (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland). This is a key role within the Nordic Cluster Management Team, dedicated fully to business partnering and performance management in an international and growth-oriented environment.

You will report to the International Finance Director (NL) and play a central role in translating strategy into financial impact while ensuring disciplined performance management.

You will hold formal leadership responsibility for three finance employees and act as a member and a key sparring partner to the Nordic management team, while interacting closely with stakeholders across the entire Kramp organisation.

Key responsibility: 

• Act as strategic financial co-pilot to the Nordic Cluster Management Team, shaping decision-making and ensuring alignment between growth ambitions and financial performance.
• Drive long-term value creation through structured performance steering, capital discipline and optimisation of profitability and working capital.
• Lead strategic planning, forecasting and scenario modelling to support sustainable growth across the Nordic markets.
• Challenge and influence commercial and operational strategies through robust business cases, risk assessment and fact-based insights.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across the organisation and actively contribute to key governance forums, including the Global Leadership Team, the Nordic Cluster Management Team and the international Finance community.

Leadership and Business Impact

You come from a similar role and are a commercially strong Finance Business Partner who understands how strategy and operations translate into financial performance and long-term value creation. You bring solid experience from business partnering or controlling within an international and complex environment, preferably within the agricultural sector, B2B, wholesale or industrial settings.

You combine analytical depth with clear communication and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively. You are proactive, structured and forward-looking, with a natural curiosity for the business beyond the numbers.
You thrive in a role where influence matters and where you act as a trusted sparring partner across functions and countries.
