The consultant is formally employed by Hansen Toft, and you only pay for the time the interim consultant spends in your company. This may be on a daily or hourly basis. Kim Raabymagle brings more than 10 years of experience in Interim Search to Hansen Toft. He comes from a position as Country Manager at a larger interim firm, which he himself helped establish in 2015.
